Chinese companies have been very active acquiring Swiss companies. Publicly well-known
examples are Syngenta or Gate Gourmet. But also in the mid-market, a lot of acquisitions have happened such as Corum or Winterthur Gas & Diesel. And numerous Chinese talents have
entered the Swiss market, either directly after graduating from a Swiss university, or arriving
from China to set-up a business in Switzerland.
