We are a platform for expertise and collaboration on Swiss and Chinese legal issues, focusing on trade and investment between these two nations. We facilitate vital connections and foster understanding between the Chinese and Swiss legal landscapes.

What we do.

We convene regular meetings for SCCC Legal Committee members and host informative events on key legal topics for the benefit of Committee members, the broader SCCC membership, and other interested parties.

Who can join.

We welcome legal professionals engaged in or interested in Swiss and Chinese legal matters. Membership is open to all legal professionals affiliated with SCCC members, encompassing practicing lawyers and in-house counsel.
